Created in 1997, the international design competition "Young designers, looking into the future" ("Jeunes créateurs, à vous de voir", in French) represents: :
A major design event: after 6 competitions, it has received more than 5,000 applications from more than 55 different countries.
In-depth involvement of eyewear companies, especially focusing on the production of prototypes for the finalists' projects.
International recognition with presentation of prototypes at the International Eyewear and Optical exhibition (SILMO in Paris).
Visibility all year round: the projects of the finalists and winners are exhibited at the Biennale du Design exhibition in Saint-étienne, at the Saline Royale in Arc-et-Senans, at the Eyewear Museum...
