PREVIOUS EDITIONS

Created in 1997, the international design competition "Young designers, looking into the future" ("Jeunes créateurs, à vous de voir", in French) represents: :

  • A major design event: after 6 competitions, it has received more than 5,000 applications from more than 55 different countries.
  • In-depth involvement of eyewear companies, especially focusing on the production of prototypes for the finalists' projects.
  • International recognition with presentation of prototypes at the International Eyewear and Optical exhibition (SILMO in Paris).
  • Visibility all year round: the projects of the finalists and winners are exhibited at the Biennale du Design exhibition in Saint-étienne, at the Saline Royale in Arc-et-Senans, at the Eyewear Museum...
